Simple guidelines designed for a seamless island stay.

• Check-In and Check-Out

Guests can check in from 12:00 PM onward, and check-out is available until 10:30 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged in advance, depending on availability. A valid photo ID and credit card are required at check-in.

• Age Requirement

The minimum check-in age is 18 years. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

• Deposits & Payments

Some reservations may require a refundable deposit upon arrival to cover incidental charges. Most major credit cards and debit cards are accepted. Cash payments are also available upon request.

• Smoking Policy

Villa Dacri – 500 Bed & Breakfast is a non-smoking property. Guests may smoke only in the outdoor garden area.

• Pet Policy

Pets are not allowed at the property. Only ADA-compliant service animals are permitted with prior notice.

• Children & Extra Beds

Children of all ages are welcome. Cribs or rollaway beds can be provided upon request and may incur additional charges. Maximum occupancy per room must be observed.

• Cancellation Policy

Bookings may be canceled free of charge up to 3–7 days before arrival, depending on the room type and rate plan. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a one-night fee.

• Accessibility & Special Requests

Ground-floor rooms are available for guests with mobility needs. Special requests such as early breakfast or late check-out should be made when booking to ensure availability.
